Othematom
Definisi : Timbunan darah atau serum antara perikondrium dan
kondrium.
Bila cairan berbentuk serous
disebut dengan Pseudo Othematom.
Etiologi : Tidak diketahui ( Pseudo Othematom ).
Dapat
disebabkan karena trauma ( Othematom ).
Diagnosis :
Klinis tanpa keluhan.
Benjolan pada
bagian depan aurikulum yang makin lama makin membesar
Ada 3 cara terapi yang bias digunakan, antara lain :
- Pungsi
- Insisi-bebat tekan
- Pungsi-aspirasi, dengan menyuntikkan Kenakort A.
Penyulit : bila terjadi perikondritis
Lama perawatan : 1 minggu
Prognosis : Baik.

As reported by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the one and ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh an average of 19 KG lighter than us.
(By the way, it has totally NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and EVERYTHING to do with "HOW" they are eating.)
